Project of a 140 m2 house made of laminated veneer lumber in the Finnish style.

This project of a beautiful country house with a mansard of laminated veneer lumber in Finnish technology in 140 m2 was proposed to me for the design of the administration of the village Kolokoltsevo in 2009 to build on it a show house on one of the upper areas of the village. Height difference in the village was in 40 meters, and it would be nice to arrange with terraces and balconies view of the river Vuoksa - that we did. The complexity in the design of the space-planning solution of this building was in its seating on the sides of the world and the view points, as by all logic of country life it was necessary to provide a kitchen-living room overlooking the water and the southern (sunny side).

As these sides excluded each other in the elongated plot and its position, we left the kitchen-living room on the sunny side and added a wide terrace on the north to enjoy the good beauties of the local coastline of the river Vuoksa.

The house was made at the Vyborg House factory of glued laminated lumber with only pine raw materials. Assembly and construction of the house was engaged in the administration of the village with the participation of subcontractor companies, each responsible for its own function.

The style of the volumetric solution of the exhibition building was chosen as the style of the other houses definitely well, and the project of the village of 54 plots was closed during 3 years with the sale of all plots during the crisis period from 2008-2013.

Этот проект красивого загородного дома с мансардой из клееного бруса по финской технологии в 140 м2 был предложен мне для проектирования администрацией СНТ "Колокольцево" в 2009 году для строительства по нему выставочного дома на одном из верхних участков поселка. Перепад высот от дома до реки оказался в 40 м, и было бы неплохо устроить с его террас и балконов вид на реку Вуоксу - что мы и сделали. Сложность в проектировании объемно-планировочного решения этого здания была в его посадке по сторонам света и видовым точкам, так как по всей логике загородной жизни необходимо было предусмотреть кухню-гостиную с видом на воду и с южной (солнечной стороны) стороны. Так как эти стороны исключали друг друга при вытянутом участке и его положении, то кухню-гостиную мы оставили на солнечной стороне и добавили широкую террасу с северной для наслаждениями хорошими красотами местной береговой линии реки Вуоксы.

Домокомплект был изготовлен на заводе "Выборгский дом" из клееного бруса с сырьем для него только из сосны. Сборкой и строительством этого дома занялась администрация поселка с участием субподрядных компаний, которые каждая отвечала за свои функции.

Стиль объемного решения выставочного здания был выбран как стиле образующий для других домов определенно хорошо, и проект поселка СНТ "Колокольцево" в 54 участка был закончен в течении 3-х лет с продажей всех участков в кризисный период с 2008-2013 год.
